Feeding
the Five Thousands isn't a miracle, Take something like Live Aid, a
single idea fed tens of thousands of hungry mouths.
It is logical.
We
can spend billions sending probes to Mars but we can't get food
from A to B.
Ask yourself
why lack of money prevents food reaching hungry mouths.
Food is available
in abundance on this planet and it always has been, even before ECONOMICS, MONEY
and POLITICS were invented.
Yet more than
half the people in the world hungry and dying whilst the other half
are OBESE
PLANTS
can grow through concrete-
Will they stop growing without MONEY?
The Story of
the TWO FISH and FIVE LOAVES can be retold
easily with Chickens!
RECIPE
You
can buy a frozen chicken for a £2
(although the existence of the chicken had nothing to do with money!)
Quarter the chicken and you have 4 meals
Buy 3 Chickens (£6) and you have enough meals for 12 people.
The
next day, it's the turn of the next person in the group of 12
to 'buy', cook and feed 12 people in the group and so on....
The
result is, that each person is fed with a hearty meal daily
and each person only has to buy, cook and feed the others
once every 12 days. Now that's ECONOMICS!
Of
course this can be any number 5 chickens, £10= 20 people or
20 chickens, £40 - 80 people etc... and that's everyone getting
a quarter chicken,
Make a Chicken Stew or curry and the chicken will go a lot further.
Vegetables and herbs grow in the ground and of course there doesn't
have to be chicken on the menu every night, any food can be shared amongst
people.
This
method doesn't have to be followed 'religiously'
it can be a meal for friends once a week, once a month, whatever...
As
it is, we all go and shop for our individual meals, probably spending
far more than £2 on just ourselves.
We all cook individually wasting
energy as it takes the same amount of energy to cook for 12 as it does
for one.
You
know what it's like at Christmas were family and friends share a meal?
There is always too much food, well Jesus and his friends did this all
the time.
CHRISTMAS ISN'T JUST FOR CHRISTMAS
People with money
choose to eat in expensive restaurants and watch HUNGRY people scavange
our WASTE for thrown out leftovers-
and that's in the so called
civilised world. Poverty = hunger, death, disease, and crime.
Jesus broke bread as a symbol of sharing.
We throw tons of good food away
whilst men, women and children starve to DEATH.
Ask yourself Why?
