Water is often, taken for granted but it miraculous stuff,
clean and cleansing, healing, refreshing and pure.
We all know that drinking water is good for us,
it flushes out the poisons from your body and makes you feel healthy.
Tea and Coffee are fine, but they are stimulants
and effect your mind and nervous system.
Alcohol is poisonous and dehydrates your brain and body
drinking in moderation is ok, and a glass of Red Wine a day can help
thin the blood and prevent heart attacks and strokes, but it doesn't
take much alcohol before we start to feel the effects, too much and
we make an ass of ourselves (Pinocchio).
Alcoholism is a definite problem
in society and in the home. People often use getting drunk as a way
of escaping from their lives. In comparison with other drugs, alcohol
is one of the most dangerous and has far more social concerns attatched
to it: mindless violence, accidents, piss and sick all over the street,
date rape, drunk drivers, cronic illness and homelessness and death......
to name a few!
The
planet Earth is 70% water. Our bodies are made of 70% water
If we have one too many drinks of alcohol, drinking a pint of water
before bed will help to reverse the de-hydration process which leads
to hangovers.
Our tears are salty water (saline) which has natural
healing properties, water is a miracle substance,
but it is so common
that we overlook its importance.
All you need for survival is
FOOD, WATER and SHELTER from the ELEMENTS
